## Eligibility

- **Minimum age** — 12 years (You must be 12 years of age or older to apply)
- **Residency status** — You must be an Australian resident with an Australian residential and mailing address.
- **Pension recipients** — Eligible Concession and Health Care cards include: Seniors Concession card Pensioner Concession card Centrelink Health Care card Repatriation Health card (Department of Veterans' Affairs) (Eligible Concession and Health Care cards include: Seniors Concession card Pensioner Concession card Centrelink Health Care card Repatriation Health card (Department of Veterans' Affairs))
- **Individuals only** (The customer must be a natural person rather than another legal entity.)
