- Use instore, online and withdraw local currency at millions of locations, everywhere Visa is accepted. Cards are enabled to support diverse needs with raised bumps on the left hand-side on the front face of the card.
- Digital banking
- You can self-serve your day-to-day banking needs via Bank Australia's App or Internet Banking.
- Digital wallet — Google, Samsung and Apple Pay available
- Leave your wallet behind and pay for the things you need with Google Pay/ Samsung Pay/ Apple Pay.
- Notifications — Card and Account Notifications
- Notifications can be enabled in the App or through Internet Banking, allowing you to be alerted either by email, sms or through the App about your card/account activity.
Eligibility
- Minimum age — 18 years18+ years
- Individuals onlyNatural Person or In trust for a Natural Person
- Customers who hold a Health Care Card and do not receive Government benefits, must credit their low income earnings into this account.
- Only one Basic Access account is allowed per customer, solely or jointly owned
- Residency status — AUMust be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have a valid Visa.
