## Eligibility

- **Residency status** — Resident or Citizen (A citizen or permanent resident of Australia)
- **Individuals only** (Applying for a personal account and not in the name of a business or trust)
- **The offset Account holder must be a party to the housing loan. Only one Account can be offset against your housing loan.**
