Eligibility
- Minimum age — 18 yearsBe an Australian corporate trustee as trustee for a family trust, (provided the corporate trustee is a non-trading entity) and the family trust beneficiaries are all individuals; or Be a company and meet the following requirements: Satisfactory enquiries by Better Choice; and Company borrowing being supported by the personal guarantee of the director(s). Guarantees from companies & trusts are not acceptable;
- Employment status — PAYG or Self-employed (period for self-employed must equal to or greater than 12 months)Entity must be able to provide a stable income to make repayments on the loan, Provide sufficient and acceptable security and provide a satisfactory assessment in accordance with Better Choice’s credit assessment criteria.
