Eligibility
- Applicants can apply as an individual, joint individuals, Australian trust (excluding Self Managed Super Fund and Minor Trust) or Australian registered or incorporated company.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to meet borrowing commitments.
- Minimum income — $50,000.00 p.a.Earn a minimum gross income of $50,000 per annum.
- Minimum age — 18 yearsApplicants must be 18 years and over.
- Residency status — Australian Permanent ResidentIndividual and joint individual applicants must be Australian permanent residents.
