## Eligibility

- **Individuals only**
- **You must have an Australian residential address.**
- **Streamline Basic is available to anyone with one of these Australian government concession cards: Commonwealth Seniors Health card; Pensioner Concession card; Health Care card. It is also available to anyone who receives an Australian government benefit payment that makes them eligible to hold a Concession or Health Care Card. You also need to make sure your government benefit payments are paid into a CommBank account.**
