- You need to nominate between one and four authorised users to operate your Business Term Deposit. They must be an Australian resident for taxation purposes.
- You must be an account holder using the product for business purposes or with a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF).
- The account cannot be used by bare/informal trusts, public companies, unincorporated associations, or a statutory account.
