Eligibility
- Residency status — AU_NZ_PR_AND_ELIGIBLE_ENTITIESEligible individual borrowers include Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens residing in Australia, and Australian Permanent Resident Visa holders, including individuals acting as trustee. Eligible trusts include discretionary, unit and family trusts. Company borrowers, including company trustees, must be Australian-domiciled and have no more than five directors. Expat borrowers may be eligible where they meet the applicable MA Money policy and TMD criteria.
- Vacant residential or rural residential land only, maximum 25 acres. Land can be used as sole security. Not available for construction, development purposes, completing construction, or land with ongoing construction. Consumers are not permitted to commence construction on the land under the terms of this product. Development sites with DA approval are not acceptable security.
- Investment only. Residential Vacant Land loans are investor loans for CDR rate disclosure. Purchase, refinance, debt consolidation (excluding tax debt) and equity release/cash out may be available subject to policy, secured by vacant land only. Negative gearing is not accepted for Vacant Land loans.
- Accommodates borrowers with some credit history impairment. Limited defaults and arrears may be accepted. See MA Money's Rate and Product Guide at mamoney.com.au for full criteria.
- Product maximum is $1.5m. Category 1: maximum LVR 75%. Category 2: maximum loan $1.5m; maximum LVR 70%. Category 3: not available. Product cap applies first.
- Full Documentation (Full Doc): income verified through recent payslips and/or tax returns. Alternative Documentation (Alt Doc): income verified through accountant letter, business bank statements, or business activity statements. - Loan term 5 to 40 years. A 31–40 year term is only available for eligible purchase applications where all applicants are aged 40 or under and is not available for loans over $2.5m.
