Eligibility
- Residency status — EXPAT_AUSTRALIANAustralian citizens or Australian Permanent Resident Visa holders living overseas, or living in Australia and earning income denominated in an overseas currency. Individual, Company or Trust.
- Eligible countries: Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar (PAYG income only), Saudi Arabia (PAYG income only), Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates (PAYG income only), USA. Eligibility for other countries may be considered on application.
- Expat Prime credit quality required. Aggregate paid defaults up to $500 may be considered. No mortgage arrears, other arrears, or bankruptcy are permitted for Expat Prime. See MA Money's Rate and Product Guide at mamoney.com.au for full eligibility criteria.
- Loan term 5–30 years. Maximum IO term 5 years.

- Category 1 (Metro and Non-Metro): maximum LVR 80%. Category 2: maximum loan $1.5m; maximum LVR 80%. Category 3: maximum loan $500k; maximum LVR 70%. Product maximum loan and LVR apply first.
- Residential securities in Australia, subject to policy restrictions. Vacant land security may be accepted up to 75% LVR and attracts a +1.00% rate loading and 1.25% risk fee. Completed residential or rural residential property: maximum 25 acres. Apartments: minimum 50m2 including balcony and car space, or 40m2 living area with no balcony/car space. High-density apartments (40+ units in complex): maximum 80% LVR. Maximum 6 residential properties on one title. Mixed-use zoning acceptable where residence is on a separate title.
