- Category 1: maximum $2m at ≤80% LVR. Category 2: maximum $1.5m at ≤80%. Category 3: maximum $500k at ≤70% LVR.
- Loan term up to 40 years. 30–40 year term for first home buyers aged ≤40. OO IO up to 5 years; Investment IO up to 10 years.
