- Lo Doc: income verified via Accountant Declaration, last 2 BAS statements, or 6 months business bank statements. Borrower must be minimum 25% shareholder. PAYG income: 100% of overtime, commission, bonuses, second job income, and non-earned income accepted. 100% foreign income (net AUD equivalent). 100% trust distributions.
