Eligibility
- SMSF Trustee (corporate or individual) required. Property held on Property Trust by a Property Trustee. Security trustee guarantees limited to security property. Maximum 6 SMSF members.

- Residential property in Australia, first registered mortgage. High density apartments (>40 in complex) restricted to 75% LVR. No Vacant Land, rural property, student accommodation, NRAS or NDIS/SDA properties.

- Category 1: maximum $2m at ≤80% LVR. Category 2: maximum $1.5m at ≤75%. Category 3: maximum $400k at ≤70% LVR.
- SMSF Trust Deed and Bare (Property) Trust Deed required, signed, dated and certified. PAYG: 2 recent payslips. Self-Employed: 1 year personal tax return and NOA.
