- Commercial property zoned commercial, situated in Australia, first registered mortgage. Up to 25 acres. Category 1 locations where commercial use is highest and best use and commercial valuation held.
- Loan term up to 30 years. Interest Only up to 10 years. No interest-only loading applies under the current guide.
- Full Documentation: 1 year Company/Trust tax return(s), 1 year personal tax return, and NOA. Simplified Self-Employed (company directors): 3 months payslips and last ATO income statement.
