## Eligibility

- **Minimum age** — 18 years
- **Individuals only** (Member must be a natural person rather than another legal entity.)
- **This account is a 100% offset that can be linked to an eligible home loan. Offset account must be held in the name of one or more (or all) of the home loan borrowers. Up to 3 offset accounts may be linked to a home loan account at any time.**
- **To be eligible for the & Access offset account, you'll need to have a P&N Bank home loan with an offset facility available. If you would like to set up an & Access account, please call us on 13 25 77 or visit your nearest branch.**
- **You must be or become a P&N Bank member**
- **Residency status** — You must be an Australian citizen and/or resident or a non-resident with a qualifying visa evidencing 12 months or longer residency. A valid Australian address is required to open an account. Membership eligibility applies.
