Unsecured fixed-rate green loans for eligible home energy upgrades available under the CEFC Household Energy Upgrades Fund (HEUF). Finance the purchase and installation of approved renewable energy equipment including battery storage. Not available for solar-only installations. Credit subject to approval.

## Eligibility

- **Individuals only**
- **Minimum age** — 18 years (Must be 18 years or older)
- **Residency status** — Must be an Australian resident
- **The residential property where the upgrade is installed must be valued at $2,500,000 or less**
- **For loans of 10 years or more, a battery must be purchased with a minimum capacity of 5kWh and a warranty period equal to or greater than the loan term**
- **Product cannot be used to finance solar panels without an accompanying eligible upgrade such as battery storage.**
- **Must have a clear credit file**
- **Employment status** — Must be employed >25 hours a week, a self-funded retiree or receiving a government pension

## Constraints

- **Maximum limit** — $50,000.00 (Maximum loan amount $50,000)
- **Minimum limit** — $2,001.00 (Minimum loan amount $2,001)
- **Loan terms range from 3 years (P3Y) to 15 years (P15Y). Loan term availability may vary depending on the type of renewable energy equipment financed.**
- **Available only to finance eligible home energy upgrades under the CEFC Household Energy Upgrades Fund (HEUF).**
- **Applicants must be referred or introduced to Plenti via an accredited third party**
