## Eligibility

- **Individuals only** (You must be an individual primary producer (with taxable non-primary production income of $100,000 or less for the income year or another amount as amended by legislation from time to time) at the time of making a Farm Management Deposit.)
- **Suitable for farmers (individual primary producers) only.**
- **Applicants who are minors (less than 18 years of age) will be considered if they are a beneficiary of a trust. Rabobank will require an Authorised Signatory who is 18 years or older to operate the Account on behalf of the minor.**

## Constraints

- **Maximum balance** — $800,000.00 (The total balance in all your Farm Management Deposit accounts, across all financial institutions, can't be more than $800,000 (or another amount as amended by legislation from time to time).)
- **Opening balance** — $1,000.00
- **Funds can only be transferred externally to the linked nominated account.**
