Eligibility
- Business customersLVR is 70% for properties in towns with populations of 5,000 to 20,000; 80% for properties in towns with populations over 20,000
- Maximum term of 15 years with Commercial or Rural Security
- Product is available to approved borrowers only. Terms, conditions, fees, charges and normal lending criteria apply.
- Maximum Term of 25 Years with Residential Security
- Regional Australia Bank requires the trustee to be Corporate Trustees when borrowing to invest in property.
- As a customer-owned bank, customers must also become a shareholder of Regional Australia Bank to be eligible to open an account.
- Residency status — Australian ResidentIndividuals must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
- The Self Managed Super Fund Housing Loan is only available for residential, commercial and rural property purchases for investment purposes only and must be secured by a first registered mortgage over the property being purchased. It is not available for owner-occupied property, vacant land (unless rural acreage), specialised securities (pubs, motels and service stations etc), renovations, repairs, credit increases, construction loans, second mortgages or low doc loans. We require that you seek your own financial, tax, and legal advice before borrowing to invest in super.
