Eligibility
- Minimum age — 18 years
- Residency status — Australian citizens and residents, New Zealand citizens and residents.Expat non residents allowed.
- Corporate SMSF Trustees holding the beneficial interest in the security property. Loans must be secured by personal guarantees from all beneficiaries of the SMSF.
Constraints
- Maximum balance — $1,000,000.00
- Minimum balance — $100,000.00
- Maximum LVR — 90%
- Minimum LVR — 1%
- Acceptable Security: Investment properties only. No construction, vacant land or owner occupied properties.
