## Eligibility

- **This product is available to businesses with no tax/ATO arrears or agree to ScotPac paying any ATO arrears at settlement. **
- **Business customers** (Applicant must have an ABN and be GST registered. Minimum 3 years trading. Sole Trader or Individual entity types are not permitted. )

## Constraints

- **Minimum limit** — $5,000,000.00 (ScotPac offers ABF facilities starting at $5,000,000.)
- **Maximum limit** — $50,000,000.00 (ScotPac offers ABF facilities up to $50,000,000. Businesses seeking limits greater than $5,000,000 must have been trading for a minimum 5 years. )
- **Asset-Based Finance (ABF) has multiple asset classes available for security, including Debtors (debtors/receivables), Inventory, Plant & Equipment and Property. The ‘Debtors' asset class must account for a minimum 25% of the facility limit. ScotPac will lend to a maximum of 75% of the approved debtors ledger.** — Debtor Ratio
- **Asset-Based Finance (ABF) has multiple asset classes available for security, including Debtors (debtors/receivables), Inventory, Plant & Equipment and Property. ScotPac cannot take security over a primary residence. For investment properties where a 1st registered mortgage is offered, ScotPac will lend to a maximum 80% LVR against residential property or 70% against commercial property. Where a 2nd registered mortgage is offered, ScotPac will lend to a maximum 60% LVR against residential property or 50% against commercial property. ** — Property Security Max LVR
- **Asset-Based Finance (ABF) has multiple asset classes available for security, including Debtors (debtors/receivables), Inventory, Plant & Equipment and Property. ScotPac will lend to a maximum of 70% of the Orderly Liquidated Value of Plant and Equipment.** — Plant and Equipment Max LVR
- **Asset-Based Finance (ABF) has multiple asset classes available for security, including Debtors (debtors/receivables), Inventory, Plant & Equipment and Property. ScotPac will lend to a maximum of 50% of the Orderly Liquidated Value of Inventory.** — Inventory Max LVR
