- **Notifications** — All statements, notices and other communication in connection with these terms and conditions and your account may be given electronically by: email, text message, in app push notifications, in app prompts, or letting you know by email, text message or push notification that the information is available on the app or on a website. You should check your emails, text messages and push notifications regularly.

## Eligibility

- **You must have an Australian mobile number and a valid email address.**
- **Business customers** (To open an account, you must have an active ABN.)
- **To open an account, you will need to download, register and activate your Tyro Banking app.**
- **To open an account, you must meet our ID verification requirements.**
- **You must be a Tyro EFTPOS/eCommerce customer.**

## Constraints

- **Maximum limit** — $350,000.00
- **Minimum limit** — $1,000.00
