- **Residency status** — Permanent Resident (You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply)
- **Employment status** — Employed
- **Applications for credit are subject to the Bank?s eligibility and suitability criteria and normal credit approval process.**
- **Must reside in Victoria, purchasing principal place of residence and meet the Victorian Homebuyer Fund eligibility criteria to receive a financial contribution towards the purchase of a property (up to 25%) in exchange for a proportional interest (share).**
