- Extra repayments
- For fixed rate loans, extra repayments are allowed up to $30,000 in total during the fixed rate period. Extra repayments above this limit may incur a prepayment fee. For variable rate loans, extra repayments are unlimited.
- Offset account
- Use your Up spending account and Savers as offsets.
- Redraw facility
- Redraws are limited to the total amount prepaid, less one repayment. Other conditions may apply as per Loan Schedule and Home Loan Booklet.
