## Eligibility

- **You must have or be approved for a Westpac home or investment loan with a minimum loan size of $150k **
- **Minimum age** — 18 years (18+ years old)
- **The property securing your Westpac home or investment loan must be the property being upgraded for energy-efficiency or climate-resilience**
- **Lenders mortgage insurance must not be applicable at time of applying.**
- **Individuals, Discretionary or Family Trusts (Individual trustees only)**
- **You've chosen from our list of eligible energy-efficient or climate-resilient upgrades and funds spent on these upgrades only.**

## Constraints

- **Minimum limit** — $4,000.00 (The minimum amount financed is $4000)
- **Maximum limit** — $50,000.00 (The maximum amount financed is $50,000)
- **Maximum repayment term 10 years**
- **Loan Maximum - Interest only period 9 months**
