Eligibility
- Minimum age — 18 yearsApplicant should be 18 years or over
- Residency status — Should be an Australian Resident
- Investors who are Individual or joint borrowers
- Investors who are not holders of a Significant Investor Visa (188C)
Constraints
- Minimum LVR — 35%
- Maximum LVR — 75%
- Minimum limit — $20,000.00Minimum credit limit of $20,000, no minimum loan amount.
- Fixed interest rates are available for terms ranging from 3 months to 5 years
