Eligibility
- Minimum age — 14 years
- Residency status — Those with an Australian residential address and phone number.
- You need to already be in Australia or arriving in the next 14 days to apply online; required documents include arrival date (must be within the next 14 days).
- If you?re overseas but will arrive in Australia within 14 days, set up your account online in advance. You?ll get a Customer ID and Online Banking profile.
- Verify your ID when you arrive in Australia. You?ll need ID documents, such as your passport to verify your identity at a local branch.
