- **Australian trustees of family, discretionary or testamentary trusts. The directors of proprietary company trustees are required to guarantee the obligations of the company trustee borrower. The company directors must be Australian residents for tax purposes, reside in Australia and not be holders of a Significant Investor Visa (SIV) (188C).**
