Eligibility
- Residency status — Australian Residency Individual or joint individuals, who are Australian residents for tax purposes, reside in Australia and are not holders of a Significant Investor Visa (SIV) (188C).
- Australian proprietary companies which are not subsidiaries of listed companies. The company directors are required to guarantee the obligations of a company borrower. The company directors must be Australian residents for tax purposes, reside in Australia and not be holders of a Significant Investor Visa (SIV) (188C).
- Australian trustees of family, discretionary or testamentary trusts. The directors of proprietary company trustees are required to guarantee the obligations of the company trustee borrower. The company directors must be Australian residents for tax purposes, reside in Australia and not be holders of a Significant Investor Visa (SIV) (188C).
Constraints
- The loan has a term of approximately 10 years.
- Minimum limit — $50,000.00Minimum loan size is $50,000, subject to credit approval.
